Billy
Billy is 7 and has spent most of his life battling a procession of serious illnesses. Billy is not able to speak but has made it apparent how much he likes Winnie-the-Pooh.
Ideally we would like to have taken him to meet the famous bear but Billy is much too ill to travel, so with his seventh birthday approaching, The Dream Factory treated him to his first proper party.
Winnie-the-Pooh, Tigger and other characters arrived at Billy’s special school for a party with many of his school friends together with his foster family. Patron Vicky Michelle helped the Dream Factory volunteers make it a very special day for Billy.
